Returns Process:
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a poster for any reason.
Condition for Full Refund: To qualify for a full refund, the poster must be unused and in a resalable condition.
Return Authorisation: Before returning a poster, please contact our customer service team to obtain authorisation and detailed instructions.
Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns. Alternatively, if you have adequate details on your order, we may be able to find you on our system, but this is not guarantee.
Return Cost Responsibility:
Change of Mind: If you’ve had a change of heart, you’re responsible for the return cost. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of the poster.
Manufacturing Issues: If there are any manufacturing defects or issues, we’ll cover the cost of the return. You would need to inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the order to be eligible for us to cover the cost.
Refund Processing:
Timely Refunds: Once we receive the returned poster, we’ll process your refund promptly.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This is required by law and cannot be refunded to another payment method.
Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take 3-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. The processing time depends on your bank or the payment method you used.
