8.1 Coverage: Our posters are covered by a 365-day Colour Guarantee. If, within this time period, the poster experiences noticeable fading in colour or does not maintain its original appearance, we will replace it free of charge.

8.2 Conditions for Replacement: To be eligible for a replacement, clear images of the poster must be provided. Replacement is subject to our acceptance, and we reserve the right to deny a replacement if deemed necessary.

8.3 Proof of Purchase: To avail of the Colour Guarantee, proof of purchase must be provided. This may include a valid order confirmation or receipt. We may also have your details on our systems, but we cannot guarantee this.

8.4 Replacement Process: Customers seeking a replacement under the Colour Guarantee should contact our customer service with the required documentation. We will assess the claim and, if accepted, initiate the replacement process.

8.5 Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or display of the poster. It also does not cover natural wear and tear.

8.6 Modification or Termination: TrevillPosters.co.uk reserves the right to modify or terminate the 365-day Colour Guarantee at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the website.

9.1 Local Taxes and Import Fees: For international sales, please note that TrevillPosters.co.uk is not responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local customs regulations.


9.2 Customs Declarations: All orders will be declared accurately in accordance with international shipping regulations. Any additional documentation required for customs clearance will be provided as necessary.
